Hello there,
Trust you’re well :) This is Yash here. During an interaction with students at FLAME university, Pune this week about the range of orgs that one could work within the broader public policy and social impact space, it struck me just how far have we come as a community overall - for eg. today one can work in the private sector space in a policy role, public sector, social impact space, policy consulting/advocacy, political consulting, multilateral orgs etc. What’d be more interesting is the potential that exists for this space to grow and mature as India’s socio-economic-political setup evolves in the years to come, especially at the state level.
We’ve almost touched the 20,000 subscribers mark here (after a recent cleanup of the mailing list!) on the substack community, and thought we’d do a quick refresher on what exactly it is that we do at PPI for all who’ve joined recently :)

All our communities are free to join, open to everyone and are continuously growing and evolving to maximise the opportunities and awareness about policy and careers in this broader space that we can create in cities across India, outside of New Delhi in particular.
